Elektra K-UP’s minimalist styling and sleek design make it a popular choice where a more modern look is required. The large work surface and tall groups (13.5 cm to bottom of coffee spout) allow enough clearance for 16oz cup sizes. Two risers are included if you prefer to use smaller cups on one or both groups.

Patented steam joysticks that lock open in any direction with steam tips ideal for micro-foaming, and programmable back-flushing allow for ease of use and consistency. The K-UP's unique system of grouping the two steam wands together on the left side, while the brew groups are on the right, allows two baristas to operate side by side without getting in each other's way, increasing efficiency during busy periods.

Steam pressure can also be adjusted for different coffee profiles. Standard Volumetric programming allows the barista to program 4 espresso shot volumes per group, allowing for much more consistent volume every time. Shots are not only more consistent between different users, but there is also more time for the barista to interact with customers, or begin another order as there is no need to monitor the espresso as carefully.

2-Group K-Up

Features 2 brew groups, 2 steam wands, 1 hot water spout, and a large 12 litre boiler for excellent steam & hot water capacity.

Recommended for: medium volume locations, coffee shops, restaurants and hotels or locations with less experienced baristas

3-Group K-Up

Features 3 brew groups, 2 steam wands, 1 hot water spout, and a large 16 litre boiler for maximum performance.

• Volumetric Dosing means the Barista can program 4 espresso shot volumes (single/double/short/long) per group (identically or independently) for one-touch brewing operation & consistency between users
• LCD Display allows Barista to control features: boiler pressure temperature (limited range), sleep mode, maintenance features, backflushing, self-diagnostics and service alarms
• Pivoting “joystick” instant-on steam control avoids stress on Barista’s hand – press gently in any direction for purging or lock it for continuous steaming
• Ergonomic work space has coffee area on the right and steam/hot water on the left of a large open drip tray area for optimum efficiency
• Raised groups fit up to 16oz cups, with extra risers included for smaller cups
• Large boiler & fast heat recovery means most sustained steam pressure and simultaneous tea/americano water
• 5 lb brass groups provide improved brew temperature stability
